Shipping and Returns

Delivery: 

*COVID19: We will be working as usual and dispatching all orders as normal. However, most areas around the UK and the world are experiencing reduced services, which unfortunately means that some orders might be delayed as a result.
      We deliver worldwide.

The delivery service is run by Royal Mail in the United Kingdom and then delivered by your local postal service. We send all items using Royal Mail 1st Class.

Please order before 2pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following working day.

Standard delivery times:

      • United Kingdom: 1-2 working days
      • Europe: (including Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg): 3-4 working days
      • Rest of Europe: 5-7 working days
      • Worldwide: 5-10 working days

Please note on all orders outside of Europe, a duty charge may apply. We are unable to refund duty charges applied by any local authorities.

These delivery times are estimates, we are unfortunately unable to provide precise delivery times.

  • £4 for your first item and £0.50 per item after that 

Europe

  • £8 for your first item and £2 per item after that

  • £12 for your first item and £3
Worldwide 
  • £15 for your first item and £4 per item after that

 

 

Returns:

 

Shirt Shack accepts both refunds and exchanges if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, subject to the following terms:

• A return or refund must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
• The item must be in the original condition it was sent in
• Any removal of tags will count as damage to the item

We reserve the right to refuse or offer partial refunds should in item be damaged or returned in a worse condition than sent.

We do not accept returns on shirts that have been requested. All requested shirts are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by Shirt Shack. Customers should email us for further information on your requested shirt returns. 

Customers should advise Shirt Shack via email, [email protected], their intent to return an item and if any damages or differences apply to the item.

We are not responsible for any returned items not received. We recommend using a tracked and signed postal service when returning items.

Please allow up to 10 working days after it has been received for a return to be processed. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.
