  • Do you buy shirts?

Yes, we would love to add your football shirts to Shirt Shack's collection.

  • Can you find me a specific shirt?

As shirt collectors ourselves, we appreciate many people have specific shirts they would love to own. We pride ourselves on helping our fellow football shirt lovers find their dream shirts.
We unfortunately cannot put a timeframe on this service; however, we will use all resources available to us to find our dream shirt.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, Shirt Shack's gift cards are a great present for any football shirt enthusiast.
Gift cards can be purchased on the website and will be directly emailed to you, which you can immediately use at your next checkout.
Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the day of purchase.
Item bought using a gift card can only be exchanged and not refunded.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Are all the sizes the same?

As all of our shirts are not made by the same manufacturer, we understand that unusual shirts may have unusual sizes.

Please see on the shirt description if there are any specific details on the shirt's sizing.

  • Are your items second hand?

At Shirt Shack we hold both brand new shirts as well as used shirts. Please refer closely to the shirts description of its condition and if it has any defects.

We categorise our shirts into the following categories: Brand new with tags, Excellent, Very Good, Good and Fair.

  • Are your shirts genuine?
Unless otherwise stated in the description of the shirt, all shirts are genuine and original. We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best available and genuine shirts to sell on our website.
  • Can an item be reserved?
We are only able to reserve items that are over the value of £40, for a maximum time period of 5 days.
  • Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Yes, you may change the delivery address within the same country if the item has not yet been sent. Please email us ASAP at  [email protected]  for all address changes.
  • Can I change an order after I've purchased it?

Yes, you may change an order if the item has not yet been sent. Please email us ASAP at [email protected] for all changes.

If an item has already been sent, you may still return it to us. Please see our Shipping and Returns page.

  • Can I cancel an order?

Yes, You may cancel an order and receive a full refund if the item has not yet been sent. Please email us ASAP at [email protected] for all cancellations.
